Our team of seasoned professionals brings extensive
experience in project management, education and training,
conference planning, research and evaluation, and small
and minority-owned business program outreach services.
With more than 20 years experience in the federal and private sectors, Dr. Patricia Luna founded Maclovia LLC in 2011 with a vision of bringing entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovative approaches to public programs. Her Masters and Doctorate in education, research and public-private-academic partnerships have guided her research and leadership roles in the federal sector.
She was appointed to and currently serves on the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Small Business Committee, the Fairfax County Adult & Community Education (ACE) Advisory Committee, and volunteers with Liberty's Promise, an organization committed to encouraging and guiding immigrant youth.
